Biography
Mr. Wilson is a dedicated personal injury attorney who represents people that are seriously injured—whether in car, bike, or motorcycle crashes, in assaults, from dog bites, at work, or by dangerous conditions or hazards at places like construction sites, homes, and stores. This includes representing families in wrongful death actions.
Mr. Wilson does not take the easy route; he takes the fight to the insurance companies and defendants who refuse to pay what his clients deserve. His philosophy is simple: Full and fair compensation for his clients’ injuries, harms, and losses comes from strategic litigation and fearless trial advocacy—not quick settlements. Mr. Wilson prepares every case with the expectation that it will go to trial, and ensures his clients have the strongest possible position to achieve maximum results along the way, whether through negotiation, litigation, or the courtroom.
This includes taking his client’s case through an appeal to a higher court when the judge gets it wrong. As a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, Mr. Wilson ranked first in his class and earned multiple awards in courses on complex legal subjects, across many areas of law. Following law school, he served a two-year appellate clerkship with Justice Robyn M. Brody of the Idaho Supreme Court, where he gained invaluable insight into Idaho law, honed his legal writing, and developed a deep understanding of the appeals process.
Mr. Wilson has a particular passion for appeals. Thus, if the judge in his client’s case gets it wrong, and maximum results requires it, he will not hesitate to fight on appeal.
Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Wilson and his wife have two sons, and are proud foster parents serving Idaho since 2018. When he is not advocating for his clients, Mr. Wilson enjoys spending quality time with his family, weightlifting, kickboxing, hiking, coaching for Treasure Valley Soccer Co-Op.
