Boise, Idaho Workers' Compensation and SSDI Attorney

While each individual's set of circumstances is unique, our clients have one thing in common — they have suffered a catastrophic injury or developed a disability that prevents them from leading their life as they once did. They are no longer able to work in the same capacity or earn an income they were accustomed to.

If you have been turned down for benefits or did not receive fair compensation for the financial, physical and emotional impact of your disability or injury, contact Mossman Law Office today for a free initial consultation. We serve clients in the southern Idaho and eastern Oregon.

Over 40 Years of combined Experience

Our practice is concentrated in these two areas of the law:

Social Security Disability — It can be a long and frustrating journey to convince the Social Security Administration that your physical impairment or mental impairment prevents you from working.

We handle disability insurance claims (SSDI) as well as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims. After your initial claim has been denied, we will gather the additional documentation necessary to establish your eligibility for SSDI or SSI and take your case through the necessary hearings or appeals to secure your much-needed disability benefits.

Workers' Compensation — Hugh Mossman is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation with the Idaho State Bar and can capably fight employers and their insurance carriers if your claim is rejected or if compensation does not cover your expenses, losses and future care.

We have handled many types of work injuries, from broken bones and back injuries to occupational disease claims resulting from repetitive trauma or toxic exposures. We strive to ensure that clients get full workers' compensation benefits, including medical reimbursement, lost wages and fair settlement for impairment or total disability.

NOTE: Our office does not handle federal workers' compensation claims, or claims from jurisdictions other than Idaho. But we do represent many Oregon residents and seasonal agricultural workers from other states who were injured while working in Idaho.
